The essentials
Getting there
- Transit is easiest. GO Lakeshore West to Exhibition, about 7 minutes from Union plus a short walk.
- TTC: 509 or 511 streetcar to Exhibition Loop.
- Driving: lots fill up when Exhibition Place is busy. Directions and parking (new tab)
At the door
- Small purse-type bags only, under 16.5 x 11.5 cm.
- Security screening for everyone. Arrive early.
- Signs up to 8.5" x 11". No large flags or banners.
Tickets and pay
- Digital tickets in the Ticketmaster app.
- Cashless venue. Bring a card or phone.
- The Fan Code of Conduct applies to every game.

Access, kids and food.
Accessibility
- Accessible seats for every event through Ticketmaster. Buy early if you need one.
- Two passenger elevators in the VIP entrance lobby, just right of the main gates.
- Service animals welcome. Accessible parking in Exhibition Place Lot 3, first come, first served.
- Assistive listening devices aren't offered right now.
Families
- Kids 24 months and under can sit on an adult's lap without a ticket. Everyone older needs their own seat.
- Grab an "If Lost Please Call" sticker for your child at Fan Services, behind section 117.
- Strollers can't go into the stands or section entrances. Fan Services can help.
Food and drink
- Concession stands open when the gates do.
- No outside food or drink. With a food allergy or medical need, call Fan Services at 416-815-5982 before game day.
- Nut products are sold throughout the building, with no nut-safe zones.

More than 8,000 seats on the waterfront at Exhibition Place, just west of downtown.
Next door, a new Tempo Performance Centre with two WNBA courts is scheduled to open in 2028, built with the City of Toronto.

What's the bag policy?
Only small purse-type bags smaller than 16.5 cm x 11.5 cm (6.5" x 4.5"). Bag check is at the main entrance, and everyone goes through security screening.
How do I get my tickets?
All tickets are digital and scan from your phone in the Ticketmaster app.
Can I pay with cash?
No. Coca-Cola Coliseum is a cashless venue.
Can I bring a sign?
Yes, up to 8.5" x 11". Large flags and banners aren't allowed.
When do doors open?
Gates at Coca-Cola Coliseum open at least one hour before every ticketed event. Tempo doors varied by game in 2026, so check your game's details.
